Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- You must have used the product as directed.
- All physical items included in your original order must be returned to qualify. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Digital items are non-refundable.
- Partial bundle returns do not qualify for a refund on the physical product.

Refund Process
Once your return request is received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
The following do not qualify for a refund:

- Orders where an incorrect address was provided at checkout.
Defective or Incorrect Items
