Shipping policy
At Delsul, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with full transparency every step of the way.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer two shipping methods at checkout:
- Free Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5–13 business days from the date of dispatch. Available on all orders at no charge.
- Premium Shipping — $5.99: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods such as holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. Use this link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
If your order shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, we ask that you first check with neighbours, your local post office, or building management if applicable. If the package cannot be located within 2 business days of the marked delivery date, please contact our support team at support@delsulcare.com within 7 business days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier on your behalf to investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Delsul is not liable for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim if needed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Delsul is not responsible for orders delivered or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you need to update your address, please contact us at support@delsulcare.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
